COAST DUDLEYA 'ELONGATA'

Dudleya caespitosa

Coast Dudleya 'Elongata' (Dudleya caespitosa) is a southern Californian ecotype of the Coast Dudleya. This species can be seen adorning coastal bluffs in maritime succulent scrub, and it creates a beautiful and strikingly tall inflorescence with yellow flowers, hence its namesake 'Elongata'. Use this species in a sunny and rocky location in your garden to provide forage for hummingbirds, butteflies and bees, and to provide structural diversity to its surrounding plants.
